These are great, I work nights and have to sleep during the day which can be difficult with all the noise that goes on outside but these work a treat I just slide them all the way in to my ear and it blocks enough Boise out do I can get some really good sleep ready for my next shift, the silicone makes them easily cleanable and they also come in a very nice little carry case.
