I have heard a lot about cupping therapy and suffering from restless legs I decided to get these as they were affordable and cuiosity got the better of me.
I especially like how they came nicely packaged in a product box with the 3 large Vacuum cups and a nice storage bag which means I can easily take these anywhere to be used when needed.
On first use it was a bit hit and miss as I am just a beginner but with perserverence I soon found that I was picking up a good technique at getting the right suction and a smooth movement down my thigh, The feeling was a bit strange having never done it before but it wan't sore and was very relaxing. After initial use my leg was slightly red which I would expect to happen with any kind of suction but this was short lived and I definitely felt relaxed afterwards.
I am confident that I will pick up a good technique very quickly and with repeated use I will feel the benefit.
