Zoweetek Noise Cancelling Headphones

These are elegantly boxed headphones – ideal if you are buying for a gift. They are very well presented, coming complete with a cable so you can use them wired if you wish to. The pack also comes with a USB cable and a small instruction manual.

The company instructions recommend you charge the headphones fully before first use, and this is easy enough to do – then you can pair them up with the device you are using.

They are universally compatible, including for PCs and Macs / iPhone and iPad / Android smartphones and tablets.

I was impressed with how easy this was to pair to my Samsung phone – I have Amazon Music on this so appreciated gaining the freedom to wander around the house doing stuff whilst still listening to my music.  Someone in my house works night shift so we try and keep the noise down during the day when he sleeps. These headphones allowed me to listen at a decent volume without worrying about disturbing him.

The other great feature of them being connected to my phone is the built in Microphone which allows me to answer calls whilst wearing the headphones – this is fabulous as I often miss calls due to having headphones on watching something.

The earpieces are very comfortable. They are quilted leather and don’t feel tight at all on my head (and it’s not small!)

The thing that most impressed me was that for the price of a decent pair of standard headphones you are getting a pair with Active Noise Cancelling Technology – this cuts out a lot of the white noise you are surrounded with on a daily basis. I love the difference this makes to me being able to hear the music clearly.

The headphones fold inward for very easy storage, coming folded in the box when you first get them.

The sound itself is very clear – crystal clear in fact. Amazing sound quality considering the price. My hearing range is not the greatest since I had grommets in a few years ago – so I often find I miss notes or if there is a lot of background noise I really struggle to hear music properly. These have impressed me so much, as I can hear sections of songs much more clearly due to the lack of interference. You can switch the noise cancellation off if you wish to – keeping it for when you really want to use it  it is just a flick of a switch.
