Compared to my SkullCandy UpRock headphone, the sound it produces is about the same only when using the Bluetooth of the LH-811 (the name which shows from the Ecandy headphone) headphone.
Now when using it from it's AUX (I think that's what its called), the sound is greatly reduced and sounds like all the bass and loudness gets muffled. I'm using Sound Blaster X-Fi MB3 that came with my laptop to at least give a decent sound to listen too... well not so much. Would have given 5 stars, if wasn't for this.
Battery life seems to last 2-3 hours, but I read that it might be that the volume uses a lot of power, if you have it turned up. So I'm not sure if the 10 hours that Ecandy and other providers tell is true, but I haven't gotten that far yet.
If you're connecting to your laptop or desktop using Bluetooth, I recommend using Viper4Windows or Equalizer APO with Peace (GUI for Equalizer APO). I don't if there's any Equalizers for Mac as I don't use it.
