This is absolutely lovely! Its a lightweight little machine, sleek & modern. There are 20 built in sounds already, ranging from lullabies, white noise, crackling fires, waves etc.. And you can choose the sound that suits your mood. It's a great idea - not only to aid a good nights sleep, but also to help with a sense of relaxation throughout the day. This little device suits all ages, with sounds for babies through to adults. Brilliant!
