Used item received

The packaging of the item was open when i received it. It has outer plastic and another one which is a hard plastic case for the brush so one can safely put in bag. These 2 packages were open, the hard case was not sealed and the brush handle looked dull and has plenty of scrstches. I did not feel safe using this especially this pandemic. I wrote to amazon about this and so far i have not received any reply. I was trying to look for the seller's contact details to rectify this but i cannot find anything except for the Amazon's messaging setvice. It's not an expensive item but it's just frustrating to receive item at this state and no one can help when you want to communicate. It's a shame cause the quality looks good. I'm sending this item back now.
