I've been using this knife for about a week now for most of my meal prep. I'm not a knife expert by any means. I usually have one go to knife that I use for just about everything. I decided to try this one too replace/backup one I've been using forever. I really like this knife. It's very sharp, feels comfortable and has seen easy to clean, although now I've been much more deliberate when using or cleaning it due to the sharpness. I'm not sure how to describe this, but one thing I really liked when cleaning it is the way the handle and blade are designed. I'm used to a knife that is just one straight piece is metal with a handle that attaches flat which makes me feel like stuff could potentially get in there. This knife has a molded blade that curves out in front of the handle, so it seems like there is less potential for anything to find it's way into someplace it's not supposed to be. The knife is heavier than what I am used to, but it feels nice when cutting
