Solid, heavy duty, well built, well packaged, easy setup!
There are so many of these articulating monitor desk mounts and such a wide range of pricing I took a gamble on this one based on the price for what I needed/was looking for. I was impressed from the start as the item was packaged solidly within form fitting styrofoam in the box, all clamps, nuts, washers/parts were sealed, there was an instruction manual for setup that has great instruction........& pictures! I had drilled a hole in my desk and set it up using the grommet setup instead of the clamp setup, got the monitor on, adjusted the tension for the monitor adjusment/tilt & the arm adjustment....setup was easy and this arm so far is fantastic! If I ever need one for a 2nd monitor, I'll get another one of these!
