It took me a minute to get the batteries in it right lol but it works perfectly fine. You just have to make sure you have your hand under the sensor or it won't work. Its pretty easy to set up and works with most liquid soaps. Its non foaming but just regular which I prefer. Very simple to set up you just need 4 AA batteries . You can have it sit on the counter or you can wall mount it . It comes with all you need to wall mount it.
