Great Gravel Cleaner

Keeping fish in an aquarium is not as easy as some people imagine especially if it's a big aquarium with a variety of fish, you've got to get the perfect balance of temperature, water condition and cleanliness to keep your fish healthy. Filters help to clean the water but what they can't to is clean the gravel at the bottom of the tank which inevitably gets covered with uneaten food and fish manure and if this isn't cleaned regularly can lead to all sort of problems, My daughter has several aquariums and has been using a small battery powered vacuum gravel cleaner which wasn't really up to the job so I decided to get her a more powerful mains powered one which will make the task of gravel cleaning much easier.

Whilst looking for one I saw this Bedee vacuum gravel cleaner which not only cleans gravel but can clean algae off the glass and can be used to pump water out off the tank and pump clean water into the tank for water changes, I thought this would be helpful for my daughter so bought it.

My daughter is very happy with this vacuum gravel cleaner, she loves it's versatility and will be using it for water changes as well as cleaning the gravel and the algae because it is much quicker than siphoning the tank plus the gravel cleaning is more thorough and less time consuming. She also likes the way you can control the flow / suction of the gravel cleaner by turning the control knob so all in all I reckon this is an ideal purchase for someone wanting to keep their aquarium a clean and healthy place for their fish.
