The first pair I recieved looked as if the had been used. The bottom of the case had scuff marks and the band for the earphones was broken. I returned it for a replacement. The second pair broke where the headband folds. I will be sending these back...
If you need some cheap and reliable this works great. The speeds aren't amazing but isn't awful. For the price it is isn't bad but it is certainly not for everyone.
