How prostate massagers work

Prep and safe use
Relax first and never rush. Use a generous amount of water-based lube (avoid silicone lube with silicone toys). Insert slowly until the curved head rests against the prostate, then let the toy or gentle movement do the work. Stop if anything hurts.
