I love my new thermometer. It makes cooking perfect roasts easy peasy. You just set how you want your meat cooked. Rate,medium, well done etc and am alarm sounds when it reaches that temperature. No more under or over cooked meat. Roasts done to perfection. Multiple probes allow perfect cooking times for bbqs etc...
