This case is full coverage. The front and back clip together for form a full protection for your phone and also contains a tempered glass screen protector. Those have been a lifesaver for me several times. Instead of your screen cracking, the glass protector cracks and take the brunt of the impact. This is a thin, hard plastice case so it doesn't have as much cushion as a softer one, but still a bargain foe the money.
