I have absolutely NO clue how to use this stuff! I have a hard time understanding why we have makeup items like this available since all of the makeup tutorials and guides I read growing up said to get rid of shine, but now we are adding shine. It seems to go against everything I was taught previously. But I have seen some make up results on IG and YT that are beautiful and they include the use of products like this. So I decided to add some to my makeup collection, though I don't know how often I would even use it. I don't do much with my everyday makeup since most of the time it is just me and the 2 year old, but sometimes I do try to fancy it up a little when going out. I decided it was going to be fun to play with this once the contour palette I ordered arrives. I like the fact you can mix some of this in with your regular makeup, like your foundation, and add some shine and highlighting. I read one Amazon review that said they use it as a primer for their eyeshadow, which I think I will try next since I like to have some sparkle and shine around my eyes. Or you can blend it easily on its own by applying it directly. Most of the colors didn't match my skin tone perfectly, but I did have one color that seems to add the right shine to my cheekbones and eyes to enhance them. I definitely need a lot more practice using this though!
