Great for people with arthritis.

This review is coming from someone with arthritis in their fingers. I have used this can opener 8 times since it was delivered, and it has never caused me to have any pain in my hands or fingers. I very often have trouble turning devices like the can opener, but I'm very happy to say that I didn't have problems with this can opener. I actually have an electric can opener, but getting the can into the blade, or better yet, getting the blade into the can, too often is too difficult for me to do and makes me lose my grip and the food falls and spills all over the place and wastes food and causes me a bit of anguish.

Now, including this new manual can opener, I have 4 manual can openers. This new one is my favorite and will take the place of all those other ones... which will go into storage in the basement in case they're needed in the future. From now, I'll use this manual can opener because it seems to be good for the hands and easy to use. I highly recommend this can opener, and I hope you have as much ease of use as I do.
