Where have I been the last 32 years? I have either been buying garlic pre-minced or have been cutting them up on a cutting board with my dull knives. I prefer cutting them up because most recipes require a certain number of cloves, and I end up with large pieces of garlic and stinky fingers. This handy gadget rolls the husk right off the clove before mashing it into a perfect herb for any recipe. I'm thankful for the pipe cleaner that came with this because there are many knooks and crannies for the garlic to hide. I found it easier to scrape the excess garlic off with a knive rather than try to touch it with my fingers. I'm so excited to use this on more recipes before the holidays. Our family just loves garlic, and this garlic press will get a lot of lovin'!
