Lightweight fabric but not scratchy. Size is large enough for all of my legal documents very well constructed at a very reasonable price.. no itching or transfer of the fibre glass and I side there are 2 compartments... sturdy fastening and has the addition of carry handles ...hoping I never have to use it for its intentions but like to think of something did happen it would live up to its promise .. I feel confident.. its well constructed
