I got these yoga socks to help me with my attempts at doing yoga for my fibromyalgia. But I don't know how much I will actually be using them because I have such a hard time with things being between my toes. Both pairs of socks fit between the toes. One pair is full toes, meaning it covers everything. But I have such odd shaped toes that the big toe is stretched and the little toes are too long. They don't stay put and are not comfortable to me at all. The other pair has the toes cut out, so fits between your toes to help keep the yoga socks on. That is more comfortable than the other pair and would be the pair I would be more likely to use, but I still have a hard time with the fabric between my toes. They both have anti-skid dots on the bottom to help you grip the yoga mat and keep you from sliding when you are in the various positions, which is helpful. They are ankle height, so not longer socks and are only meant to give you that traction on the bottoms of your feet, not to wear for warmth or fashion.
