This set includes 8 various size pencils, graphite wooden pencil, 3 charcoal pencils, 2 charcoal sticks, 100-page 6-by-9-inch sketch pad, plastic and metal sharpeners, and kneaded and vinyl erasers. No instructions are included.

~ Why ~
Having a degree in art, I usually paint with oils, but I also like to sketch and draw. I like how there are so many drawing options of the 8B, 6B, 4B, 2B, HB, F, H, 2H, and all graphite pencils along with the 3 soft, medium, and hard charcoal pencils plus the soft and medium charcoal sticks. A plus is that this is a complete set for drawing.

~ Why Not ~
Some artists are very picky about the brand of pencils they buy. Others may wish there were more choices and could buy a larger set.

~ Wish ~
I wish the box had a handle or came in a plastic or vinyl pouch so everything could be contained inside it for storing or transport.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for an inexpensive and complete set of drawing pencils for the first time or professional artist, this is an excellent choice.
