My girls and I are very happy with this hair Styler. I like the nice finishing touch it gives my already straight hair. It makes the ends even and really gives it a smooth, professional look. For my teen girls (12 and 15 yrs.), who just started getting into doing their hair, this 3 in 1 tool has been ideal and beats buying 3 separate hair tools. I was worried it might have been too bulky and heavy to handle, but my older daughter can use all three tools like a pro now. My younger needs a little help from me which I don't mind one bit. It's nice to be able to switch back and forth between the different tools so easily with just a push of the button on the side. The new ceramic technology is something that I've grown very fond of. Like my hairdryer, this heats up quickly (1 min.) and stays hot. I see a noticeable difference when using hair tools with this new technology. Less staticky hair and the style holds longer. I'm glad that I decided upon this 3 in 1 tool. Besides taking up less room in the bathroom cabinet, it gives me piece of mind that we're all using only one hair tool between us. I don't have to worry about other curling irons or straighteners left plugged in somewhere else around the house. Also, this tool is light (weighs a little over 1 lb.) and seems to be built well. I have no worries about throwing it in our overnight bag for long weekends or travel. The cool thing is - is that's all you need because it does so much. I wouldn't even worry if I forgot my hair dryer. Especially, for summer beach hair days. Overall, this has been a nice surprise and a fun thing to play with this summer. A very good for mother/daughter bonding time....although, you wouldn't think so when we're all getting ready at the same time!
If you have daughters who are just getting into doing their hair, this is a great combo tool to practice with and is more cost effective than buying individual curling irons, crimpers and straighteners. This has definitely been a good, economical, fun purchase that created a lot of memories this summer!
