These glitter pens are lovely once you get them going but they take a lot of perseverance to actually get them started. If you are using them with little children it is worth getting them ready to use beforehand. They have relatively fine nibs for acrylic markers which makes them ideal for fine detail. The glitter is not too obvious but when it catches the light it is very effective.
