I want to focus on using it as part of a heavy metal cleanse along with other supplements. I plan to start off with one tablet and then the next day two and then three for the next two days. I've had negative reactions to spirilina in the past so I'm a bit apprehensive but everything I've read says it is safe and good for you plus full of antioxidents and protein.
UPDATE: I've been using this for a week and feel lots of energy and better digestion. I have had no ill side effects at all. I'm very pleased with it. I combined it with diatamaceous earth and plenty of water to help bind and eliminate the heavy metals.
