Light & tough & long

Ah the spork, the eating utensil love child from when the fork ran away with the spoon.  It's not a great fork, it's not a great spoon, but does the trick if you need to make do with only one item.  This is slightly on the spoony side of the range of sporks, with a fairly deep bowl to it, although the tines are a bit long for it to be a primo soup spork.  But for thicker stuff like chili or baked beans or yogurt, or things needing scooping but not particularly liquid like corn or peas or ice cream, the mid length tine but deep bowl option works great.  One thing notable about it is somehat on the long side, 9" total whereas a lot of camping utensils are on the short side, lets you dig out stuff from deeper cans and such keeping your fingers clean and clear of the can edges.  This thing is titanium, so way lighter than typical stainless utensils, and tough, as a steel item this thickness would bend supereasy.  This stuff is going into my car glove compartment for those road trip snack or meal buys, when you forget to pick up utensils at the takeout counter, or the supermarket where they don't have any and you don't want to buy a 24 pack of plastic spoons or whatever.  And of course ready to go for any camping trips, at least where I'm driving to the camp or the trail head, but if you're not the one driving remember to pull it from your glove box or wherever before you leave home.   #RankBoosterReview #Sponsored #Valtcan.  Decent price on Amazon, comparable to the much shorter (6.5") titanium sporks at REI. https://www.amazon.com/Valtcan-Titanium-Polished-Camping-Keyring/dp/B01N1FGQZD
