perfect, I thought I had everything I needed... until now!

I have always used essential oils, the properties and qualities range vastly between one and another. I ensure I buy the best so I get the best results. I have always had diffusers around my humble abode, this one caught my attention, I love stars and twinkles, I don't think I have ever really got past it. I adore looking at the night sky and have fell asleep under the stars on many occasions. 

My initial impressions were good, it came well and securely packaged, encased in a solid polystyrene case inside a box. It was easy to open and easy to put together, The plug was insode the unit for transport to avoid damage, you take the dome off to reveal the container, a simple jack into a port and then into the mains, fill it up with water (I always use boiled cooled and then filtered water) then a few drops of your desired oil (my choice was Scotts pine) put the container lid back on, then the dome and press the middle button to turn it on, the right hand side (looking directly at the unit) to turn the light on and the left hand side button on the unit to select either low, medium or high diffusion. I selected the high level because I wanted a great impact by the time I got out of the shower. In 15 minutes the bedroom and hall stairs was filled with a beautiful aroma, it has now been diffusing for over 4 hours and it is relaxing, memorizing and peaceful. It has stayed around the two area's, which is ideal becuase I don't like all my rooms to smell the same. I have become captivated by the low hum and lights changing softly from one to the next, it has relaxed me watching it and I found myself relaxed and difting. Ideal for after a long hard day at work. 

It is most certainly worth the price tag. On inspection I find it easy to clean and easy to assemble / disassemble for maintenance. I would recommend cleaning daily and a large clean once a week to ensure any impurities are rid from the unit. White vinegar is my favourite cleaner with some lemon. rinsed thoroughly with warm water and dried. I have cleaned all my diffusers like this and they have lasted many years.

The design is a winner for me, I thought it would be black but is isn't, the base is solid black, the sphere however is reflective (silver) with the lights glimmering through the different sized holes. It is very effective. I am so pleased I purchased it, highly recommended.
