Don't bother buy a different brand

I've tried with this brand, setting out with the best intentions to give an unbiased review of the vitamins and supplements. 

This vitamin d supplement is clearly not as good as the other brands available. I was taking a d2 and d3 supplement before. It was awesome. I opted for this one because it is soft gel. Thinking it would work faster and give me the energy boost I got previously from vitamin d. Did it work? No, instead I had zero energy, felt like I had no energy all day. Which isn't what you want.

I have tried the multivitamin from this company before. Noticing that the vitamin and minerals values were half that of equally priced brands. I wasn't impressed then and I'm certainly not now. 

My honest opinion. Try it and see if it works for you. My results were it didn't work for me. So I'm not continuing to use them and I'm going back to my other brand.
