This head light really comes in handy. The headlamp functioned well. All of the light settings and switch worked well. There were a couple of hand held lights that were brighter, but those units had 3-5 LEDs in them. The headlamp provided more than enough light. This product is extremely adjustable and comfortable to wear. You can also adjust how large of an area you want to lighten. The LED is extremely bright and the batteries are easy to charge. If I am traveling I will possilbly need to carry an extra charger, but that is not a big deal as I charge it primarily at home and don't travel with the charger. Was pleasantly surprised over this lamp. Comfortable and not too heavy and jeez really bright!
