We went to Clares to have our 2.5 yo daughters ears pierced and chose 3 mm white gold studs for $60 + which honestly did not look that great, well it was just too simple but I figured it's best to have gold at the beginning so her ears won't get irritated and will heal fast. After few days of wearing I noticed that backing is getting tarnished so that made me doubt it's made of real gold. I know we overpayed for them but it was convinient buying at Clare's and pierces right there instead of buying earrings at one place then looking for places to pierce. Long story short in a month my little one managed to take the earring off in the car. Good thing that she told me it's in the car. It took me forever to find that little stud however I didnt find backing for it. I used one of mine for the time being but I thought it's just a matter of time before she loses them again and since her ear holes healed I thought I will be best to have new earring handy.
These earring were cheap, same perfect size and honestly when I compared them to her gold earrings I couldn't tell which one is which. Very pleased with the quality but I haven't tried them on her yet. I will do it this weekend and I will post if there is any issue
