works fine once you get used to it but it does take some time to figure out exactly how to use it and what each feature is. I recommend taking time to read through the instructions first then have a go at it It does work pretty well and is better than trying to hang a picture without it. I suspect the more I use it the quicker It will go. Overall a decent product.
