I picked these patches up because my husband recently had a zit that he was worried about since the next day he had to take a picture for his ID. I had nothing to help him out, so we resorted to covering it with foundation the next morning to reduce the redness. I wonder how something like this might have helped him out, or whether it would have made a difference for him overnight. Since my skin is typically clear, I haven't had the opportunity to test them out and determine whether they work or not. They are simple in design - two sheets of various sizes of patches that you choose from to put over the zit you wish to work on. The package came with a pimple tool - the sharp point on the end (be careful because it is super sharp) and the scraper on the other end, as well as a set of flat edge tweezers. The directions say to lance the pimple, clean it out, then appy the patch and leave on. But i would think that would all cause more damage than good. It does say you can use them on pimples that have yet to surface, though, so I guess that means you don't have to poke and prod at them before applying the patch. One thing I do recommend to the seller - please seek out the help of an English speaking editor to proofread and fix problems on all instructions and packaging. The language problems were quite evident in the writing.
