Eventhough this days most electronics are USB rechargeable, there are many that are not and batteries are expensive and not eco-friendly. I have invested in several solar chargers that of course is the eco friendly choice for USB rechargeable electronics not to mention emergency blackouts. But for traditional battery operated goods the obvious choice are rechargeable batteries and is an investment that pays for itself in the long run. This one in particular is very handy because for the most part the most used battery is AA, it comes with 4 rechargeable batteries and its USB rechargeable so I can use my solar chargers in the case of a blackout. This is a must and hurricane season is about to start.
