Ok first, it comes charged already so I was able to immediately use it. And the gun is powerful on the lowest setting...I could not handle any higher than the first setting. But it did wonders. I used it on my problem areas near my shoulders and along my hip. The muscles were knots and painfully tight. But the percussion guy worked wonderfully. I am so glad I got this massager!
