it sucks

absolutely love this!! I had one a few weeks ago but my brother borrowed it and I'm not getting it back lol!
My tanks have a sand substrate and I have the knack of holding it just the right distance so that it sucks up all the crap and leaves the sand.
I would say that you should probably get a pack of the spare waste bags though, they're quite fragile but they're dirt cheap and the small matter of that most certainly doesn't detract from the overall performance of the pump.
I have also used it to empty some of my smaller tanks and it really shifts water a lot faster than you would think for such a small unit!
I don't have any problems with recommending this to anyone!
