Half of the electronic items I have plugged in are USB cords stuck in a plug adapter, stuck in the power strip-- which due to all the various shapes and sizes of adapters they usually hog 2 outlets no matter how you try to situate them and then I don't have enough outlets for all my little things needing charged. This really makes a difference! I can plug all the USBs directly into USB ports and save the outlets for all the small, nice, regular plugs that fit in one outlet. All the USBs are 2.4. Zero complaints-- it turned the area next to my easy chair from a tangled up mess which always had me tugging something in frustration-- to a nice, neat, lined-up succession of cords. The number of USB slots is very generous, too, which is part of its brilliance. I have another power strip with only 2 USBs on it and it doesn't help the tangle or the outlet-hogging hardly at all.
