Cleaning the grill is a huge mess. I have tried those brushes with the metal bristles but stopped them after my cousin told me of several instances that happened at the ER. He said that they get people who use them and some of the metal flakes off and gets in the meat and when you eat the food, they get caught in your throat. He said it happens all the time, so I opted not to use those anymore. At times I will just turn the grill on and leave it for a short while and it ‘self-cleans’, but it takes a while to cool and makes grilling harder. At times I even use an onion to clean the grill. It works well, Sautee’s the grill, but it is not practical to use all the time. I saw this latest device online and wanted to give it a try, and I am glad I did.
