I love that it has 2 separate vibrators, each with its own control!

It's different than any other toys I've ever seen before, in the best way possible. It simply amazing the way it feels against your skin. So I grabbed this model to add to my ever growing collection of Otouch massages, and just the others, it's amazing. It only has two buttons (each one independently controls either the attachment piece or the man vibrator), it's waterproof, charges with the included USB cord, and I even like the way the charging indicator light softly fades in and out while it's charging. Operation is simple. Choose which vibration point you want to activate first, press and hold its corresponding button for 3 seconds and it will buzz twice to indicate its powered on, click the button again quickly once to change settings, then press and hold 3 seconds to turn it off. As with most toys, the first 3 settings are a constant steady vibration, from low, medium, to high (and honestly this is the first time high was actually TOO high for me) then there are various rolling, pulsing, fading settings after the initial 3 (which I still hardly ever use anyway.) This vibrator is not only one of the softest most pleasurable to the touch toys I've ever used, but it's the most powerful by far. Alone, the main shaft set on the third setting, is too much for me. Then on top of that, you can choose to turn on the clitoral attachment vibration and choose its speed/pattern completely separate from the other one. So you can set the main buzzer on medium, and the attachment part on high, or on one of the pulse modes at the same time. The only issue I've found is during use, I forget which button controls which part, because they're not really labeled well and in the heat of the moment I'm not thinking about which one is which, ya know. But over all, this is hands down one of the best and most satisfying personal vibration massager purchases I've ever made. You really gotta try it to understand how different Otouch designed products feel compared to anything else on the market. They truly have set a new bar for the toy industry, and so far I haven't found anything that even comes close. I can't recommend it enough. Try it! You'll be more than happy you did.
