INTERACTIVE DOG TREAT TOY

~ What ~
Made of 100% non-toxic natural rubber, this toy is a round ball that has several holes to insert treats to give to a dog to play and chew safely while the treats are dispensed. With bumpy edges, the ball with another ball inside it measures 2.75 inches round. 0.3 inches thick, and has 10 0.6 round openings. It arrives with a free pet finger toothbrush in a gift box ready for giving.

~ Why ~
We have an 18-month old beagle that is past the chewing age but loves to eat. I like that I can add kibble or small treats in the ball, and our dog plays by himself, trying to get to the food. Since it is made of rubber, it can bounce like a normal ball. It is dishwasher safe, eco-friendly, and able to use with treats (not included) right out of the box.

~ Why Not ~
Some may not want to give their pets more treats. Others who have major dog chewers may be concerned the dog can tear and chew the rubber apart, but there is an inner ball. The ball is on the small size, about the shape of a standard tennis ball. I found that the kibble often fell out since there were so many holes.

~ Wish ~
I think it would be more advantageous if the ball was a little bit larger and had less holes as the treats come out too easily.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a fun way to occupy your dog’s time and have him or her eat slower, this would be a viable toy that can be used to play fetch with also.
