The serving size is two gummy‘s per day, the gummy‘s taste really good, very easy to get down, there very fruity tasting. I have been taking them over two weeks and one thing I noticed is my hair is really soft, a lot softer than it usually is. I think it’s great that the gummy‘s are free from wheat, gluten , dairy, corn, soy and eggs because I’m trying to eliminate certain products from my diet.
