Sharp and functional

This is a very decent pair of scissors by #Chef Remi. They feel substantial and Chef Remi offer a lifetime warranty which is impressive. 

They are sharp and also come apart to use as a knife. This also makes them easier to clean. There is a bottle opener incorporated too. Excellent.
