This heart rate monitors is a must for every home, I have bought it and was surprised with the reliability of this small device. It can give really fast results (1 or 2 seconds max) and keeps updating its readings.

As for the usage, it's very simple, you just need to turn it on and then insert the finger in it and it doesn't cause any pain in the finger.
