There is no surprise that I have been obsessed with solar powered lamps since hurricanes Irma and Maria still fresh on my mind. I got this for my neighbor, she is 81 and lives with her mother who is bedridden and has a small dog and 100s of dolls. I cannot sleep well if I'm not sure she can move around freely and sees where she's going. I have given her a huge mo5ion sensor light for the entrance of her house and one for the back yard, even a solar lantern for the livingroom. This LED motion sensor strips completed the combo, they are battery operated so no need to place them in the sun to charge so we place them in the hallway, her bathroom and bedroom. So when power goes down she's never in the dark and they are bright, love them.
