These fit my shoes perfectly. I have a HUGE problem with my feet. These helped my shoes that are very flat. I wish it had more padding as I have major heel pain. It does relieve some of that pain with these. Did help take pressure off my back some as well. Really impressed for something so small to make a huge impact on my life.
