Puckered sleeve and Shorter than average sleeve

The Eanklosco Womens Casual Long Sleeve Pocket V Neck Swing Dress is okay. The overall look is extremely cute, and fits as expected except for in the sleeves. For a long sleeve shirt, the sleeves are pretty short. In addition, one of my sleeves is slightly longer than the other, and the shorter sleeve has some puckering in the fabric. I can push these up to be ¾ length sleeve and the shirt would be salvageable. But I don’t expect a brand-new shirt to have defects.
The fabric content on the amazon listing is not correct. The tag says Viscose and Spandex and the listing says Rayon and Spandex. Even though the fabric is not as expected, it is still very soft and flowy.
The shirt is overall very cute, flowy, and flattering. I like how it looks on. My biggest complaint would be that the sleeves are shorter than I prefer and one of them is shorter than the other. Otherwise I genuinely like this shirt. The cut, color, fabric, pocket detail, and design are all really nice.
Due to the defect in the sleeve, I would not recommend this shirt just because the quality isn’t there for me. If the sleeve had not been puckered, I would have probably recommended it.
