At 12W you have here a very bright LED lamp that really does illuminate a space. It's apparently equivalent to a 100w incandescent lamp and that may be the case but honestly given the different way they make light that's a hard call to make.

What I will say is that these are very bright.

The colour temperature is 3000K which tends towards the 'warm' side and is ideal for internal household rooms. It's not too orangey so a good option. What I will say is that being an engineer we do not use warm white lamps in workshops or engine rooms because it makes everything look a bit dirty and blue white is preferred. So, if you think of using these in a workshop or garage you may end up with a light tint that makes everything look a bit manky.

The design functional. These are not the stylised lamps that are designed to be seen but instead put in lights with some form of covering or shade.

Size is slimmer than a conventional lamp and about the same length so anywhere you used an incandescent bulb you could use these.

Efficiency and longevity is a given with a well made LED.

Overall a good option if you have a need for old style lamp replacements
