Cute, but not my style

I thought maybe these would be my new go to earrings for going out, but when they came in, I was not as thrilled with them as I had hoped I would be. They are smaller than I thought they would be, so not as blingy and shiny as I thought they'd turn out to be. They are also not the easiest to put in. They have a long piece on the backside that you can slide through the hole in your ear and that dangles down the back, but it was not the most pleasant experience pulling the small chain through my ear. It was actually a bit uncomfortable to do, which I can't imagine doing every time I want to put them on. And the chain is so much longer than the rest of it, so takes quite some time to pull it through to where the bend in it turns. They are pretty, but not convenient and quick to put on and after a few minutes my ears were still irritated, so I had to take them off immediately. Just not something I can wear. But they came in a nice gift box so would make a great gift for someone!
