ive always had these grill mats .. I couldn’t actually imagine life without them now they just make cooking/bbq time soooo much easier because they save so much time cleaning bbq/grill/oven pans
They’re completely non stick, very flexible, will wash and wash and wash and are quick to dry
I line my roasting trays with it them simply remove and wash with soapy water
They are perfect for the bbq and just as good to put pizzas on them place straight on the rack
The silicone brushs are a nice bonus for marinating and basting
