I had hard plastic ice cub trays in the past and while they were okay, it was also annoying to get them out in the end. Thanks to this one's silicon, the ice cubes are easy to get out. The ice cubes are fairly large but should fit all but the tiniest of (shot?) glasses. The material is very thick and the whole thing feels surprisingly solid and well-made. The top cover holds on well, too, and prevents spillage. Loving the color scheme as well.
