Item arrived in its own retail box which to be honest impressed me since I expected it to be in a clear plastic bag. Blanket itself looks and feels nice on touch. It feels warm enough for Fall but not sufficient for Winter which I expected. Overall it's well made and I did not notice any imperfections and I am very picky at choosing things and making sure it's perfect. Don't know how well it will hold up after washing and drying but I will update if anything goes wrong. From my personal experience: Wash it separate from all other stuff in order to prevent hair and lint getting stuck to "sherpa" part and making it look worn out and ugly.
