Der Messerschärfer ist aus Hart PVC und somit auch nicht gerade stabil was es in der Anwendung betrifft. Man muss bzw sollte wirklich aufpassen wenn man diesen benutzt, aus dem Grund Ziehe ich auch einen Stern ab.
Sonst schärft er die Messer wirklich gut und Sie sind im Anschluss scharf.
