So I have had this product for a few months now.  Needless to say to my surprise I had no idea when I ordered it that it would charge my phone as well.  I was just looking for a handsfree device that was adjustable that my phone might fit into because it is bigger than most.  Now let me be the first to say, there is not a turbo charge or anything like that.  However it is great to have a phone holder that will charge your phone at the same time.  That is a big plus for me.  Plus you can mount your phone in different places.  It does just have to be a dash or windshield you can also mount you phone in the air vent as well.  For shorter people like myself this is a bonus option.  Cause honey let me tell you, it is hard out here for a shortie....literally.  Seriously though, if you not looking for something to charge superfast and are really looking for stable phone holder this is the item for you.  Warning, you will think a piece is missing from the box like I did for a week.  You have to just take you time and put the pieces together and you will realize it is all there, it just looks different.
